What to propose

Send a concise summary of the central idea, the reader it serves and the main point the piece will make. Tell us what kind of article you have in mind, why the subject fits this publication, and what distinguishes your angle from broad advice readers have seen before.

What makes a strong pitch

Choose a focused, evergreen subject that can be handled without unsupported claims or a one-size-fits-all prescription. Practical pieces should offer a clearly bounded reflection or choice, while explanatory work should separate evidence, interpretation and opinion.

Sending a proposal

Use the Contact page and select the editorial enquiry option. Include a short description of relevant experience or perspective, but do not send a full draft unless requested. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
